UK Delivery

We understand that you don't want to be kept waiting for your order. That's why we offer a choice of delivery; Standard and Next Day.

Standard Delivery

Using Standard Delivery your items will usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days*, providing they are in stock. The charge for Standard Delivery is dependent on your order value. All charge bands are detailed in the table below:

  Next Day Delivery

Our charge for using the Next Day Delivery service is fixed at £8.99, regardless of your order value. Provided that your item(s) are in stock they will be delivered the next working day* if ordered before 5pm. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the day after next. To clarify, an order placed after 5pm on Monday would be due to arrive on Wednesday.

Next Day Delivery orders placed after 5pm on Friday or at the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Please note that delivery days may vary over bank holidays.

All Next Day Delivery orders are delivered by DHL between the hours of 7.30am and 9pm. A signature is required to confirm delivery.

Remember, you can track the progress of your order at any time using our Order Tracking Facility.

*Working days are Monday to Friday and this excludes Public Holidays.

Please note that all prices stated apply to online orders only. Delivery charges for telephone orders may vary.

Eire Deliveries

We are currently unable to offer Next Day Delivery to destinations in Eire. There is one fixed delivery charge for all Eire orders. This is currently £6.99

Stock indication

We use a stock indication system on our website to indicate the likely timescale for dispatch. All timescales and stock levels are intended as a guide.

Order items with different stock status

If you order products with a different status, for example one in stock item and one with an expected delivery of up to 21 days, we will deliver the in stock item immediately and the other item as soon as it is available.

Unavailable items at point of order

We will ship available items at the time of order and unavailable items separately as they become available. Please note you will pay the delivery charge only once.

Lost/damaged items and failed delivery

In the unlikely event that one of your products is damaged in transit all claims must be in writing. Damaged goods must be retained in case we need to arrange an inspection. In the case of non-delivery, please allow 10 days in case it has been delayed.
